Sharon is delighted be a part of Midwest Theatrefest 2024. Sharon is best known for originating the role of Diane in the global hit Come From Away. She did the entire run on Broadway, can be heard on the OBC recording, and reprised her role in the movie now streaming on Apple TV+.

Other Broadway includes Les Miserables, Avenue Q, The Phantom of the Opera, and the original run of Cats.

As a writer Sharon has written and stars in Drive, a two person play that debuted at the La Jolla Playhouse’s WOW Festival in 2023, and just wrapped up a two-city run in Newfoundland. Sharon has published two memoirs, Drive and Til the Fat Girl Sings.

In other recent news, Sharon will appear in Before, a new series coming to Apple TV+.

Sharon is a Midwesterner through and through, a lover of malls and was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. Sharon is the recipient of the Young Alumnae Award from the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, where she received her BFA in Musical Theater.

Sharon lives in New York City with her family.
