You may apply for Vendor Booths by filling out a vendor application. Completing this application does not guarantee space in the Vendor Hall. If approved, you will be sent a contract and given 10 business days to return the contract and payment for the space. If we don’t receive payment within 10 business days, we will consider you no longer interested in exhibiting and release the space to the next vendor on the waiting list.


The 2025 Midwest Theatrefest Vendor Booths/tables will be located in Hall A at the Minneapolis Convention Center (MCC).

Exhibit Booths include:

  • 10’ x 10’ space
  • (1) 8’ table
  • (2) folding chairs
  • (2) vendor passes

Exhibit Booths have pipe and drape. Tables do not include linens. You must provide your own.

Booth Rates:

  • $500 for one 10×10 inline booth
  • $650 for one 10×10 corner booth

ELECTRICITY AND PRIVATE INTERNET: Electricity and private internet are both separately available for an additional fee directly from MCC. Information on electricity or internet will be made available upon request.

VENDOR PASSES: Each vendor booth comes with two vendor passes. Additional vendor passes will be available for $50 each, with a limit of two additional passes.
