Description:
MidWest Theatre Fest, presented by The Better Event Co., is seeking a talented graphic
designer to join our volunteer event team. The ideal candidate is someone who is skilled in
every step of the design process, and can take concepts and ideas to create visual
representations that connect to our target audience. Please attach a website, design
samples, or portfolio with this application.

Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with the event team on design materials.
•Develop a primary event logo for use in multiple formats, including but not limited to
social media, event website, marketing, newsletters, programming materials, signage,
and merchandise.
•Provide revisions to designs if needed.

Required skills and qualifications:
•Creative and innovative design skills.
•Previous demonstrated experience in graphic design.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Organizational and time management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
